How do I connect my Oura Ring?

Go to Profile → Connected Devices in the app and follow the prompts to authorize your Oura account. Your sleep, activity, and readiness data will sync automatically.

How do I enable Apple Health sync?

When you open the Home tab for the first time, you'll be prompted to grant HealthKit access. You can also enable it later via iOS Settings → Privacy → Health → Aurea Health.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account in the app. Your clinical records will be retained for the minimum period required by law (7 years), but all personal account data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). The app uses biometric authentication (Face ID/Touch ID) and stores credentials in the iOS Keychain. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
