Structured exams for TMJ, orofacial pain, sleep medicine, ENT and orthodontics. From the TMJ exam, Aurea proposes provisional diagnoses with the findings behind each one, and marks warning signs that call for prompt medical evaluation.
High-stakes findings, conflicting information, safety concerns or an uncertain result all hold the case for a person. Held cases arrive in one review queue with the findings and their sources laid out.
When a patient raises something in the patient assistant that needs a person, Aurea opens an escalation in the nurse queue. The nurse writes a brief; the doctor records the decision. Each role sees the queue that is theirs.
Step-by-step protocols — CPAP titration, a TMJ protocol, an ENT follow-up — sit on the patient with each step’s status. Referrals, follow-ups and messages to the patient live beside them, and critical lab tasks that sit too long are escalated on their own.

No. Aurea’s assessments are consistent — the same case gets the same result — and every finding shows what it is based on. The clinical decision is always a clinician’s.
